Ross Woledge’s Biography
Ross Woledge is a Senior Consultant with Odgers Berndtson in Toronto and leads the CFO and financial officer practice for the firm nationally.
Ross Woledge also executes leadership assignments on behalf of a range of clients in the technology and financial services sectors. In addition to his search work, Ross is a commentator and published author on issues and trends impacting financial officers and audit committees in Canada.
Ross has spent more than 10 years in human resources and executive search roles in Europe, Asia and North America. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Ross worked for the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) based in New York, delivering best practice training programs for executive search firms across the globe. Ross has a Bachelors Degree (Hons) awarded from The College of St Mark and St John and graduated, with distinction, from the International Business Program at Cambridge University (CIE).
