Ross Woledge’s Biography

Ross leads the CFO and financial officer practice Odgers Berndtson, nationally. Ross also executes leadership assignments on behalf of a range of clients.  He works in the technology and financial services sectors.

Ross has spent more than 10 years in human resources.  In addition, he’s held executive search roles in Europe, Asia and North America.

Before Odgers Berndtson, Ross worked for the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) based in New York.  There, he delivered best practice training programs for executive search firms across the globe.

Ross has a Bachelors Degree (Hons) awarded from The College of St Mark and St John.  He graduated with distinction, from the International Business Program at Cambridge University (CIE).
